Refund Policy for Travel Baseball Program Our travel baseball program is committed to providing a positive experience for all participants. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Below is our refund policy to address potential cancellations or withdrawals: Refund Requests Prior to Season Start Full refunds (minus transactions fees and any non-refundable deposits) are available if a request is made at least 30 days before the first scheduled practice or team activity. Requests made less than 30 days before the season start may qualify for a partial refund, deducting any administrative fees and non-refundable costs incurred. Non-Refundable Deposit All registrations include a non-refundable deposit to secure a player’s spot. This deposit covers administrative expenses, uniform orders, and other costs, which are non-recoverable. Refunds After Season Start No refunds will be granted once the season has officially begun, including practices and team activities, due to the commitment of program resources. In cases of injury or serious illness that prevent participation for the remainder of the season, a pro-rated credit (not a refund) may be applied towards the following season, subject to a doctor’s verification and approval by the program director. Tournament and Travel Fees Any fees associated with tournaments, travel, or special events are non-refundable once paid, as these are prepaid commitments made on behalf of the team. How to Request a Refund Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our program administration team at wowfactorgslions@gmail.com. All requests will be processed within 14 business days.
